The end draws near to a new beginning.
We approach the dawn of a new reality.
The force of the gravity that surrounds us,
Wrenches the light from our bloodshot eyes.
The past finally illuminates as we enter a new realm of obscurity.

Horizon (Past)
04:36
|

Go, into the depths of the unknown.
These travels will not be forgotten as far as home.
We will never die, but only be reborn.
This is not the end, for the journey still hasn't been told.
The gravitational pull tears us limb from limb, or so it seems.
Yet we feel nothing but inner peace.
How can this be?
(CHORUS)
Time stood still and for once we were free.
A billion miles around me there is darkness
And the only light I'm able to see comes from what we could be.
This horizon of darkness wraps around my bloodshot eyes.
But I will not hang onto an edge of something unknown
If on the other side there is a chance at new life.
Why be afraid of something we can't control
If past the dark is a gateway into anything?
As long as it's away from the world.

Sorrow (Future)

Time to sit down and figure out what we're to do with our lives.
We all rot in the end,
So why not rot together?
We can't spend our lives deciding,
So why not move on what we have?
We can't be fearful forever,
So why not walk down this one-way street together?
Grind through the asphalt on the ground beneath your feet.
Now think of what we could be on the same beat
Moving as one.
Just so we're on the same page:
I never stopped giving it all.
The choices I've made could make our lives so much more different.
My heart hasn't changed size or shape.
I know this as I know it still beats for the same reasons.
Take my hand, and know as it all comes to an end:
We faced omega together and made the most of our time beforehand.
So take a stand, get up on your feet!
And get ready to fall back down again.
There's no fighting what's soon to be,
But there's always time to prepare.
Time stands still and for once we are free.
A billion miles around me there is darkness.
The only light I'm able to see
Comes from what we have been.
